Make sure the photo is clear where your face is visible. You can crop the photo to your liking; But if you don't, we'll take care of it for you.

How long before I receive my order?

Order processing currently takes 1-2 business days. After processing your order, please allow 3-4 business days for custom engraving/making. After that, delivery time is 3-5 business days within Europe. Our dedicated team strives to fulfill each order meticulously and ensure the delivery of the highest quality products. Cancellation & Returns

Please note that due to the personal nature of our custom services, orders cannot be cancelled more than one day after purchase. So you have 24 hours to cancel/change your order. For this you can send an email to info@real-eyes.be
